The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                   
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 172                                                                             
    "An Act relating to the presentation of initiatives and referenda on                            
    the ballot."                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
SB 172 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                     
Finance Committee.
